Smart Heat Technology and 9” Thick Walls
All our dome ovens utilize Smart Heat Technology to always keep the right temperature. This is one factor that allows us to cook a pizza in 90 seconds!
Unlike many of our competitors who have 3-4” thick walls, Univex Dome Pizza Ovens are built with whole 9” alumina content refractory brick. This reduces managing costs by absorbing and distributing heat more effectively than our competitors. Due to how insulated these ovens are, customers will also notice our BTU requirements on our ovens are lower then our competition. Saving you money in utilities, while still producing great pizza!

Every single Univex Dome Oven is handmade and built to last the test of time. We guarantee top quality. Working with firebricks requires the job of expert artisans.

Temperature is the core of our ovens – Maintaining a uniform temperature with maximum efficiency. We start from the brick, Univex’s signature element in every oven, used to build both the dome and deck.
Superior Heat Distribution
We added our gas burner to grant a superior heating distribution from the source, therefore giving total flame control thanks to the multi-level valve that powers it.
On the Rotante Model, we also engineered the smart electric resistance that we placed below the rotating deck. It will back up the whole heating system just when needed, granting uninterrupted work for a longer time, without increasing managing costs.
We offer a wide variety of solutions to match any customer’s request. Ranging from glass mosaic to marble, it will be easy to find a finishing that will suit your restaurant.
We evaluate any special request coming from our customers and, according to technical limits, we try to customize any part of your oven, according to your needs. Every detail and covering in your oven will be accurately polished, to perfectly blend it in your environment, or to make it the centerpiece of your space.
Can Ship to Fit Any Operation
Every Univex Dome Oven can either be shipped out fully assembled and ready for install, or built on site, a trained Univex technician will come on site and assemble the oven directly in its final position.
These units ship class 110 with a security divider.
If built on site, customer is responsible for tiling of the oven due to its “seasoning process”
The oven once delivered/assembled should be seasoned for 3 days at low temp, 3 days a high temp before initial usage.
